The case of unique participants
Synopsis
Client manufactures and sells products in the agri sector. Majority of their
customers are unique (only 15% repeat customers). They want to run a program
to target farmers on pan India basis and increase engagement & sales.
What we know
• Client wants to engage each and every participant who buys their product.
• They want instant reply and no long term point accumulation as their
customers are mostly unique and lose interest after walking out of the
retail store.
• They want lucky winners as per pre-defined algorithm who will get gifts
such as silver coin etc.
Our Solution
• We installed additional logic into the system wherein each code received
was declared a winner or a non-winner as per pre-decided algorithm.
• Instant sms was sent out to participant as acknowledgement thus creating
interest and increasing customer base as the program matured.
• Instant gratification such as mobile recharge, bill payment, DTH recharge,
fuel code, Paytm cash was suggested to client as incentives to increase customer stickiness.
Conclusion
• We helped the client build a customer base of 40,000 farmers pan India
within a short time.
• Repeat customers increased from 15% to 35% within a year.
